Unlike most prefabricated homes, the one ahead is not small at all but as most prefabricated homes, the exterior finishing is rather compromised due to the materials used. In the interior is a different story, the architects have realized an atrium trough which natural illumination floods an open living area furnished by the Japanese interior design code.
Everything in the interior is neutral, decorative accessories being limited, the main color is stark white followed by warm light tones of wood. The dinning area and lounge are overlooked by a big mezzanine landing that exploits the generous height of the double level room.
The exterior volume is a rather simple, modest, as the volume of most prefabricated homes. Light floods the interiors, piercing the facades wherever is needed.
Beyond the entry door a simple hallway greets us, hallways that uses white and pinewood, the main motif of the entire home.
The living room enjoys privileged views as well as a clear communication with the exterior trough the patio, this patio can be used to dine or just enjoy the purple sky on a carpet.
