The interior design of the small apartment that we are going to review today started from the dreams of a young couple, a simple dream: to transform the interior spaces into a cozy and warm home that would represent them as much as possible. The apartment covers just 56 square meters sheltering a bedroom, a small living room, a kitchen and one bathroom and beeing envisioned by Octav Roman and Natalia Berezovskaia from Creativ Interior.
The color palette has been chosen from the essence of the oak tree used in the parquet with which a contrasted was evoked. The simple interior design was meant to express warmth and a feel of clearance at the same. The first design piece materialized in the apartment has been the mural painting in the hallway, realized by Natalia Berzovskaia. This simple gesture on the teal/turquoise wall started the theme of the apartment, complementary colors and gestures being envisioned gradually and materialized through the entire apartment.
The furniture wears a dark wood texture close to Pacific Tabac, this palette along with pastel colors like green peppermint or capucino is fascinating, expressing a elegant and noble freshness. In the bedroom the finish of the dresser has white wood insertions as well as cappuccino colored glass, these elements breaking monotony and marking the inflection of a surface. The bed headrest has been created with the idea of patchwork in mind, using textures and colors that would unite design elements spread in the apartment in one place, complementing the clean interior design materialized.
In the end several handmade design elements envisioned from the very beginning have been added to enhance the design, from these would like to mention paintings, vases, decorative pillows and curtains.
