Crown Group is materializing high end apartment complexes consistently since 1996, today they`re helping re-shape and revitalize the North Sidney. This monumental project is taking the opportunity to demonstrate us what luxury residential living means in today`s world. The architect further relates:
“It was always our mission to create the feeling of visiting a beautiful five-star luxury resort on a remote island. While apartment living continues to grow in popularity across Sydney, Crown Group is hoping to attract buyers to their luxury Skye by Crown residential project by redefining city living.
A MULTI-MILLION dollar apartment development is taking green living to a whole new level.
Skye by Crown at 211-223 Pacific Highway will feature three luxury penthouses with private rooftop sky gardens. They will combine soft and hard landscaped areas as well as seating and barbecue facilities over approximately 246sqm. All of the 242 apartments in the 20-storey, $150 million development will have a focus on indoor/outdoor living with gardens to suit all seasons. The private gardens will include feature plants such as dragon, frangipani and olive trees.
We wanted to take Skye by Crown far beyond the current residential standard”. Internally, the ambition was to create something equally as beautiful and highly functional,“like a sculpture you can live in”, said Koichi, “This is the element we are most proud of”. All apartments are extraordinarily efficient, functional and user-friendly, creating an effortless living experience.””
From the first press release the 236 million dollars complex shattered the press and aroused interest attracting hundreds of inquires and requests from investors and owner-occupiers eager to secure penthouses in the extraordinary and exciting new project.
The very first small batch of apartments is now on sale and supposedly it includes a one-bedroom and study room on sale for “only” 990.000 dollars, two bedroom apartments from 1.09 million dollars and three bedroom penthouses for sale from an astonishing $2.775 million dollars.
Considering the breathtaking location and luxurious quality expected the pricing and shown interest it`s not surprising either, the mesmerizing interior has been designed by the exquisite world renowned architect Koichi Takada. Previous Crown projects are vouching for the quality of the amenities that they deliver to their clients and the remarkable way in which the project develops reported to the neighborhoods.
