Arctica Kitchen has been realized as a personal challenge launched by Delta Cocinas. The challenge of our modern kitchen was to step outside the box for a moment, trespass boundaries and create a different kitchen comparative with the ones present already on the market.
The result has been materialized with the help of Estudiosat in a spectacular modern design that would fit any dream home or mansion. The concept is rather simple, being inspired from a diamond. Authors have used triangles to shape a module 15 cm by 15 that created multiple faces on a cabinet, giving it the illusion of folding, being a small reference to origami probably. Such a simple insertion in a flawless glossy black and white interior design would emphasize the dynamic of the interior, adding new values to the aesthetic part and complementing the whole ensemble. On this glossy black and white kitchen interior design a gradient between blue and red has been added as a background, topped with a triangle pattern, the simplicity of black and white becoming more obvious and contrasting with the texture, emphasizing the gloss surfaces, determining them to reflect the background.
Another radical effect is given by the lighting, illuminated from the floor, the experimental furniture seems to flow above the ground and because it starts with a a multitude of angles and planes it appears to be born from light forged using triangles into a very clean smooth surface.
