McDowell Mountain Range is an extraordinary region located about twenty miles north-east of Phoenix. It is known to be the home of many of the most private and exclusive golf courses and houses situated in the Southwest. The range is made out of miocene deposits left nearly five million years ago. The dream house ahead located in the McDowell Mountain Range exudes a different lifestyle, far from the dream home image of a youngster today, expressing a healthy and tidy attitude filled with cultural richness and abundance of life.
Today the region is preserved under the name of “McDowell Mountain Regional Park” so imagine how privileged are the owners in this area. The natural environment is filled with natural fabrics as cotton reed and natural washed colors like brown and beige, this setup representing one of the most fascinating and spots for relaxations. In the mansion the ground floor shelters the kitchen and the inner home, living room, along with a couple of utility rooms in different sizes. An open staircase controls the interior perspective becoming a huge focal point and a point of balance in the interior design; this staircase leads up to the sleeping area above.
Despite the extraordinary serene landscape the home offers an outstanding backyard landscape as well, the garden behind offering a swimming pool and the complete set of furniture to enjoy such a relaxing environment. Through the day the natural filtered light by the garden is animating the deck and terrace behind.
looks like Michael De Santa’s house from GTA V. ^^
Any information on who built the home?
