Bold rectangular volumes overlooking the city of angels wrapped in luxurious high end materials, simple and extravagant at the same time, the artwork of XTEN strikes the viewer from the first glance. Everything is simple, it`s either glass or concrete, different textures working just as accents here and there. The accent is set on the breathtaking dramatic views, the whole dream house being oriented in order to offer expansive views from any point.
Interior are mainly black and white, as in most dream homes, these dark tones are being used to neutralize focal points and to redirect the perception towards the views. In the backyard, where the views are not that interesting, the architects have carefully realized a simple yet very efficient backyard landscaping based on vegetation, exuding calm and peacefulness.
