In matter of “green contemporary design” today we are presenting you the latest creation by Hungarian architecture practice Architecture Uncomfortable Workshop called ” Waste Less Chair”. Today, recycled designs get more and more popular through cheap materials and bright, simple ideas, experimental furniture.
The final product consists in the remains of oak logs , used to make wood beams and has three shifting forms , a “rocking chair ” , a normal chair with leg rests and a retracted form for space saving. Now , I know what most of you are thinking right now , Uncomfortable , but let me tell you , this is one of the most cheapest and most easy to build chairs I ‘ve ever seen . Yes it’ s probably not as comfortable as other chairs but in terms of aesthetics , this shifting sculpture is permissive in almost any environment.
Place it in a luxurious and contemporary interior design and it will create a pleasant contrast , turning our mind to the roots of simplicity of the nature , or place it in a more rustic , conservative environment and it will blend harmoniously through shape and materials .
