As time outruns our dreams we are slowly realizing that a luxurious exclusive residence is very
hard to obtain and even harder to dream at after you have done your research about it. Luxurious penthouses, beach houses and modern mansions are all over the world and they`re all exclusive and amazing. Even so, the ones in Europe, on the shores of Mediterranean Sea are a benchmark, always have been and always will be. It`s not the high level of comfort in particular, that can be found anywhere, is the amazing view, the unique positioning on a higher ground by the sea and the unique perspectives that are opened by the height.

Exclusive lifestyle comes in different shapes and today we are going to present you an amazing luxurious exclusive residence entitled Blanco de Ibiza. This particular mansion was built more then 30 years ago and it blends in today architecture amazingly. It has been recently restored by Malales Martinez Canut, restoration that re-gave the home it`s place into our dream homes list.

I do not think that the location needs any kind of introduction, the home on the other hand it`s a white “fortress” as you would expect from the name.The white color is something very natural for the Greeks landscapes, it`s a color that blends in and reflects a breezy environment, reflects calm along with the blue of the sea, and creates a perfect color composition with the small rocky shores.

Good architecture and design is defined by something very natural in particular:details. Malales Martinez Carnut made a hell of job in this area, he created interior and exterior places with souls, every small details is part of the natural detriment and blends in perfectly, we have reed, cotton and natural colors : green from the vegetation, blue from the sea. The result is staggering, it`s proof that you don`t need to use high gloss black or aluminium to create a great contemporary interior design, and more then that you don`t need them to create the interior of a luxurious exclusive residence.

The accent color is turquoise, it`s a slightly different tone of blue that does not harm the environment yet points out little details and contrasts them to create a mesmerizing smooth apparel, they`re subtle yet present.

Homesthetics Conclusion

The residence is breathtaking, the views position, high level of comfort and amazing interior design, every thing is rounded up in the perfect retreat. Even in the name you feel an exclusive and superior touch.
