Another extraordinary modern architectural object has joined the field of Sao Paulo in Brazil. It`s entitled Jaragua Residence, an extraordinary modern mansion designed by Fernanda Marques on the cliffs of Brazil.
The overall volumes accentuated by the architects are bold, clear, defined by concrete dressed in white, materialized in rectangular shapes, accentuating the contemporary style. The first floor has been pulled back by all means possible, creating the illusions of suspension and levitation of the main volume, trough patio or trough dark wood, the same suspension illusion is created trough out the entire building. The entire building is oriented towards the backyard, where extraordinary landscaping has been materialized where the main accent is obviously a mesmerizing swimming pool on which the house is reflected.
The interior spaces are huge being obviously based on a open plan layout which emphasizes the fluidity of the space and the clear bold lines of both the volume and the spaces created within. This particular dream home stands aside from most modern mansions using two important aspects: the color pallets used in the interior design and the double height floors. Unlike most modern mansions or dream houses, this one has contemporary furniture colored in extraordinary colors as accents, bringing an optimistic and positive vibe in the interiors, of course it features black and white apparel but they`re there as a background. The white stark for example emphasizes the double height floors, making them look outrageously spacious, limitless.
