California is full of successful people and this fact is reflected first hand in the local architecture, modern mansions being found at every corner. Covering no less then 5800 square feet this particular dream home can be found in Bel Air, Los Angeles an it hosts four bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms.
The home has an unmatched level of equilibrium between indoor-outdoor spaces as well as a fascinating color palette applied to both exterior and interior, everything is very well balanced. A central courtyard, materialized by the U-Shape of the house separates the  utility and garage area from the living room. The architects have surpassed normal boundaries, creating a rather unconventional space that comes close to a showroom feel, being surrounded by vegetation, vegetation that encourages a calm and relaxing environment and offers beautiful views.
The modern mansion is divided in two main volumes connected by a glass-enclosed bridge, these three together materializing the U-Shape, generating a beautiful central courtyard subdued to the breathtaking backyard landscaping .
Other things worth mention are  the modern kitchen, very creatively decorated, evoking coziness and warmth in a perfectly balanced color palette. The dinning area is fascinating as well, noble elegant brown leather combined with a warm green brought in by the serene surroundings being the main elements. A third, very important feature is the window protection for the bedrooms. Having glass floor to ceiling windows is definitely a big advantage but without intimacy this feature would have little to no value for most of us, as a result, a wood shutter slides up and down providing intimacy when needed, putting the privacy in the hand of the inhabitant .
We find this modern mansion at least interesting, the balance and equilibrium in the creative interior design being one of its top features. What do you think?
