Envisioned by CC Arquitectos and located in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, Mexico, the Finestre Villas are an ensemble of modern mansions with multiple terraces and expansive views towards the environment and the surrounding vegetation.
The modern villas have different dimensions and shapes covering from 500 to 1000 square meters on different levels following the topographic setting whilst embracing vegetation and emphasizing it as much as possible, creating an architectural context in the landscape. Needless to say that the project has a privileged site the Mexican Pacific Coast in Guerrero, a site that makes the ensemble ten times better. The interior design has been adapted, the main focus being the view and vegetation, the sunset creating a very dramatic atmosphere to be enjoyed from the multitude of terraces.
We find this ensemble of modern mansions quite massive for its site to be honest, the volumes being rather massive for such a serene landscape, even if the premises are good, it seems more lethal then it is amazing.
